It is a difficult question and I believe there are many challenges to leadership. However, in my opinion the greatest challenge that I see is how do we prepare for the leadership shift that is inevitable in the next few years. Much of the present leadership is getting older and this will create a leadership vacuum that has to be filled (and quickly). Young and emerging leaders must be prepared. Along with this, we have to educate and prepare present leadership to make the passing of the baton a natural and smooth transition. What do you think? Let me hear your comments!
